using our site. RMD Products is committed to creating products
and services that are built upon a solid foundation of trust.
That's why we hope you'll familiarize yourself with our privacy
policy. Here are the basics:

capture will be used only to better tailor our products and
services to suit your needs. We will share it only with people
and companies who are directly affiliated with RMD Products.
We will not sell, trade, rent, or give your personal information
to third-party companies or organizations, unless they are
offering a product or service in conjunction with RMD Products.
Any information we present
to advertisers will be in the form of aggregate statistics.
Advertisers will not be given specific information about you
as an individual.
Any information that you divulge
in a public forum of this web site is considered public information.
If you wish not to receive
periodic updates on products and services or newsletters by
e-mail from RMD Products, you can simply send an e-mail to
shop@rmdproducts.com with the word "unsubscribe"
in the subject line.

Your
Order
It is our practice to ship
your order in its entirety. If a product is out of stock at
the time you place your order, we will ship your order when
that item is restocked. If for some reason we can not get
that item, we will cancel that item from your order and ship
the rest of your order..
We will charge your credit
card when your order is shipped from our warehouse. In order
for your order to be processed and shipped the same day, your
order must be in our system by 10 a.m. (eastern standard time)
Monday through Friday.
Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of
your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the
following items to RMD Products, for any reason, for a full
refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error):
>> Any item in its original
condition
>> Any unopened item (still in its plastic wrap)
Please note that we can process
returns and refunds only for items purchased from RMD Products.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery,
are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be
charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept
items returned after 60 days.
Just a few simple steps
for shipping your return back to us:
- Pack the items along with
the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
- You can use the box the
items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Affix the shipping label
to the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your
mail carrier to pick up.
